Our real estate listing component makes it easy for anyone to add their property to your website. End users can register, create a profile page, create a listing, upload photos then come back to edit their property listing anytime they want as often as they want.
The VIP Buyer's Register allows you to collect details of purchaser requirements, and display those on the front-end as a "wanted properties" listing page. Communicate with other members of the sales team on the status of a lead via the notes area, and send emails of listings matching requirements via the VIP email notifications. Emails sent to people on the VIP Buyer's Register contain a summary of key property information, an image and the seller details - as well as a link to the property listing and an unsubscribe link.
Comes with Google and Yahoo mapping support built-in - your choice for your needs - or turn it off to use hyperlinks to external mapping services. The mapping system displays both the property address - and supports driving directions. |

You can modify URLs to your liking. Go into SEF Control Panel and click View/Edit SEF Urls. Select the URL you wish to modify. If you click the check box labeled Save as Custom Redirect it will place this URL into the Custom Redirect area which you can navigate to from the SEF Control Panel. When you click View/Edit Custom Redirects you will see your URL in here now instead. These URLs will not be removed when you save the configuration. You can modify these and save them as you wish. This is particularly useful if you are updating from an old site because any URLs that are no longer availble will be logged. You can view these URLs by clicking View/Edit 404 Logs in the SEF Control Panel. You can redirect visitors to the new page by selecting the URL you wish to modify and entering the new URL. |

Customer relationship management or CRM, consists of the processes a company uses to track and organize its contacts with its current and prospective customers. CRM software is used to support these processes; the software system can be accessed, and information about customers and customer interactions can be entered, stored and accessed by employees in different company departments. Typical CRM goals are to improve services provided to customers, and to use customer contact information for targeted marketing.
While the term CRM generally refers to a software-based approach to handling customer relationships, most CRM software vendors stress that a successful CRM effort requires a holistic approach. CRM initiatives often fail because implementation was limited to software installation, without providing the context, support and understanding for employees to learn, and take full advantage of the information systems.
